Rules for visiting the SPA center of the Holiday Hall Samara Hotel

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. 1. These rules for visiting the SPA center of the HolidayHall Samara Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the SPA center) are aimed at ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for visitors in the SPA center.

For this purpose, the Rules establish the rights and obligations of visitors to the SPA center, determine the mechanism for the realization of these rights, and also establish a number of prohibitions and restrictions that prevent such actions by citizens that may cause harm or inconvenience to visitors to the SPA center.

1. 2. The SPA center operates in accordance with the working hours, information about which is available at the entrance to the SPA center and in separate areas of the SPA center. However, the general working hours of the SPA center and the working hours of separate areas of the SPA center (swimming pools, fitness center, massage rooms, etc.) may vary.

2. VISITOR RIGHTS

2. 1. The visitor has the right:

  • Visit the SPA center in accordance with these Rules;
  • Visit the SPA center only after paying for a one-time visit or a multiple-use subscription (for those who are not guests of the HolidayHall Samara hotel);
  • Use the subscription only during the period of time specified therein;
  • Inform the Administration of the SPA center about all shortcomings in the SPA center, poor quality service and express wishes for improving its work;
  • Use the individual storage cabinets in the locker room in the prescribed manner;
  • Make payments for services provided in the manner established by these Rules.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES OF VISITORS

Visitors are required to comply with the following requirements:

3. 2. Observe the rules of public order, behave respectfully towards other visitors, the staff of the SPA center, and not commit actions that may pose a threat to the life and health of others;
3. 3. Comply with the Rules for visiting the SPA center, safety regulations, fire safety, sanitary and hygienic requirements, comply with the requirements of the SPA center staff;
3. 4. Inform the SPA center Administration about all dangerous situations and objects that may threaten the safety of people in the SPA center;
3. 5. Return used towels, bathrobes, locker keys when leaving the SPA center;
3. 6. Observe the total time of stay in the SPA center;
3. 7. Observe the following sanitary and hygienic requirements when visiting the pool, sauna and hammam:

  • Enter the SPA center only in clean, replaceable shoes suitable for visiting, or shoe covers;
  • Visitors must bring with them: a swimsuit, hygiene items, a towel (issued by the administrator of the SPA center);
  • Take a thorough shower for 5-7 minutes before entering the pool (without a bathing suit with a washcloth and soap);
  • Children under 3 years may wear aqua pampers or special swimming panties in the pool.

3.8. Visitors to the SPA center are obliged to take care of the property of the SPA center, preventing its damage or loss;
3.9. A visitor to the SPA center is obliged to comply with all requirements of the SPA Center Administration related to ensuring safety and compliance with the rules of conduct in the SPA center.

4. VISITORS TO THE SPA CENTER ARE PROHIBITED:

4. 1. Visit the SPA center in presence of medical contraindications, skin or infectious diseases, bleeding, or in the poor health;
4. 2. Stay in the SPA center under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances;
4. 3. Bring firearms and bladed weapons, piercing and cutting objects, glass objects, explosive, flammable, poisonous and toxic substances, as well as gas cartridges to the SPA center;
4. 4. Smoking, eating and drinking alcoholic beverages in the SPA center, with the exception of specially designated places (food outlets and places for drinking water and drinks);
4. 5. Throw foreign objects into the pool and on the territory of the SPA center;
4. 6. Make noise, use coarse/foul/abusive language, to behave provocatively;
4. 7. Use detergents, perfumes and other liquids in glass containers in the shower;
4. 8. Rub cosmetics (creams, ointments, etc.) into the skin before visiting the pool;
4. 9. Perform independently any cosmetic procedures in the SPA center (manicure, pedicure, peeling, etc.);
4. 10. Walk barefoot in the SPA center;
4. 11. Enter service and technical premises;
4. 12. Touch, turn on, turn off and adjust any engineering equipment;
4. 13. Pollute the premises, equipment and other property of the SPA center;
4. 14. Use cosmetics in saunas;
4. 15. Pour water on the heater in the sauna;
4. 16. Bring inflatable rings, mattresses and other swimming equipment into the pool area, with the exception of swimming equipment for children under 7 years;
4. 17. Enter the territory of the water zone with packages, bags and other accumulations of things;
4. 18. Bring food and drinks, glassware or earthenware, as well as baby strollers;
4. 19. Stay on the territory of the SPA center without clothes or in underwear;
4. 20. Run, jump and dive from the side of the pool;
4. 21. Listen to loud music in the gym;
4. 22. Visit the gym without sportswear and without sports shoes;
4. 23. Children under 14 years are prohibited from using the training equipment unless accompanied by an adult.

When establishing prohibitions and recommendations, the Administration of the SPA center is based solely on the need to ensure the safety of visitors in the SPA center.

5. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS OF MEDICAL CONTROL

5.1. The visitor is obliged to independently assess the state of their health when using any services of the SPA center and take into account any health conditions that are contraindications for using the services of the SPA center. Responsibility for any negative consequences, including harm to health, caused as a result of an improper assessment by the visitor of their state of health and/or due to the fact that the visitor used the services of the SPA center, despite existing contraindications for health reasons, rests solely with the visitor themselves.

Parents and legal representatives or other adult accompanying persons are responsible for the health and life of children in the SPA centre.

ATTENTION! FOR SAFETY PURPOSES, THE SPA CENTER ADMINISTRATION HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES TO THE VISITOR:

  • Showing signs of alcohol, drugs, toxic intoxication.
  • Violating public order, endangering the life, health and recreation of other visitors, not complying with the requirements of the present Rules of visiting the SPA center.
  • If the requirements of these Rules are violated and the Administration of the Spa Centre does not respond to justified requirements, the visitor may be removed from the premises of the Spa Centre by police officers, a security officer or a representative of the Spa Administration without compensation for the cost of services paid by them.

6. RULES FOR VISITING THE HAAMAM (TURKISH BATH) AND SAUNA OF THE SPA CENTER

In addition to the general rules of visiting the SPA-center, the visitor is obliged to observe the rules of visiting the hamam (Turkish bath) and sauna, established in paragraph 6 of the present Rules of visiting the SPA-center.

6. 1. To visit the hamam (Turkish bath) and sauna it is necessary to have appropriate clothes: bathing suit, swimsuit (for women), swimming trunks (for men).
6. 2. It is prohibited to stay in the hammam (Turkish bath) and sauna without a swimsuit top (for women).
6. 3. We kindly ask you to observe the rules of personal hygiene. Before visiting the hamam/sauna, a shower is mandatory.
6. 4. When visiting a hamam/sauna, it is forbidden to use creams, strong perfume fragrances, masks, scrubs, hair dye.
6. 5. It is prohibited to eat or consume drinks in the locker rooms, hammam/sauna!
6. 6. Visiting the hammam/sauna while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or with residual alcohol intoxication is prohibited.
6. 7. Activities of an intimate nature are prohibited in the premises of the SPA center.
6. 8. Do not splash water or fragrances into the stone compartment in the sauna.
6. 9. It is prohibited to bring plastic dishes into the sauna/hamam.
6. 10. It is prohibited to cover the heater with foreign objects (towels, swimsuits, etc.) - this can lead to a fire.
6. 11. According to the Technical Regulations, the temperature cannot be changed (decreased/increased) at the request of the visitor to the SPA center.
6. 12. Do not leave children in the sauna without parental supervision. Children under 14 years of age are allowed to visit the hammam and sauna only if accompanied by an adult.
6. 13. Attention! Staying in a hot sauna for too long causes your body temperature to rise, which can be dangerous to your health.

7. OTHER TERMS

7. 1. The fact of payment for a subscription or a one-time subscription means that the pool visitor is familiar with these Rules.
7. 2. The Administration of the SPA center in the context of these Rules includes: Administrator of the SPA center, Duty manager of the hotel.
7. 3. The SPA center administration is not responsible for the safety of valuables, money, jewelry and documents left in the wardrobe and individual cabinets in the locker room.
7. 4. In the event of emergencies caused by circumstances for which the SPA center is not responsible, as well as situations caused by the actions of public utilities to carry out seasonal, preventive and emergency work, if these situations impede the quality provision of services, the SPA center Administration has the right to unilaterally suspend the provision of services until the termination of the specified circumstances (situations), but for a period not exceeding 30 calendar days. If, after 30 calendar days, the circumstances (situations) preventing the use of the SPA center have not changed, the Administration of the SPA center and the visitor decide to terminate the Agreement and carry out mutual settlements.
When making mutual settlements, the cost of services already provided is taken into account, as well as the period of the circumstances that led to the emergency and for which the SPA center is not responsible.
7. 5. The management of the SPA-center ensures that the quality of the services provided by the SPA-center meets the quality standards established for this type of service, including safety requirements, fire safety and sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
7. 6. In the event of damage caused by minors under the age of 14, if the actions of a visitor cause property damage to MTL-Hotel LLC, the company has the right to demand compensation for damage. Upon the fact of damage, a report is drawn up, which is signed by the Administration of the SPA center and the visitor who caused the damage. The act indicates the amount of damage agreed upon by the parties. If the visitor refuses to sign the act, a corresponding entry is made in it in the presence of the hotel's duty manager. If the damage is caused by minors under the age of 14, compensation for damage shall be paid in accordance with the procedure established by current legislation by their legal representatives.
7. 7. Bracelets issued for use of lockers must be returned to the Reception desk after your visit. In case of loss/damage/non-return of the bracelet, you will be charged compensation in the amount of 500 rubles.
